Who We Are

The three of us met almost a decade ago working in the same establishment in Dublin, we quickly formed a friendship over a shared love of  food, service and all things hospitality. Having each spent time working in various countries around the world including a few stops in Dublin, an opportunity arose to open a place of our own and we jumped at the chance. Arriving in Portugal with a blank canvas to work from, we have brought our individual talents, influences & knowledge together to create Frank's. From the Focaccia to the music, to the beautiful outdoor seating space, we have curated & created everything ourselves. We are incredibly proud of the space we have created and are excited to showcase some of the best food & service the Algarve has to offer.
